June, July, August Weekly reservation & cancellation policy

*All reservations must be secured by a deposit of 50%. Master Card, Visa and Discover are accepted.

*The balance is due no less than 30 days before your rental date. 

*Cancellations of 45 days or more before the date of arrival will receive full refunds, less a $50.00 Processing Fee.
 

*Cancellations of 44 days or less no refunds unless property is rented again. If property is re-rented, then payment will be refunded to canceling individual(s), less a $50 processing fee. 

*No refunds for Induction weekend.
